RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Afternoon Toast, we want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returned items must be in the exact condition they were shipped; anything showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted. Customers are generally responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise decided upon. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@afternoontoast.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy.
